By downloading or using Pomodoro Timer: Focus Bar, you agree to these terms.
Licence
You are granted a personal, non transferable, non exclusive licence to use this app on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement also applies to this app, and where it conflicts with these terms, the Standard EULA governs.
Purchases
The app offers a one time purchase that unlocks the paid features. It is a non consumable purchase, so it is bought once and stays unlocked. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. The purchase can be restored on any device signed in to the same Apple Account using Restore Purchases on the purchase screen.
Refunds
Purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple under their policy. Refund requests can be made at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds directly.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, resell, redistribute, or circumvent the licensing of the app, except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. The app is a productivity timer. It is not a medical, clinical, or therapeutic tool, and it should not be relied on as one.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app is excluded. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app.
Changes
These terms may be updated. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
